Directly by Østersøen in the outskirts of Nexo city this wonderful camp is situated, and as a camper you will have all the facilities of Nexo Familycamping at your disposal.

At the same time, one big “natural ground” – and completely open country with a clear view of the see.

Only a few hundred meters from seaside resort – Halleklipperne (cliff) - and 3 km from sand beach – Balka Beach .

Stay directly by Østersøen, only a few hundred meters from seaside resort (clif) and 3 km from sandbeach. Experience a warm summernight at the terrace with a seaview and you will understand why so many of our guests return.

Here you will find, among ot­her things, a nice and big building with the possibility to cook at one of the 6 stoves, sinks with hot and cold water, con­taining a dining room for 40 people, a covered terrace with tables and benches for 36 people, living room with a TV set and a pay pho­ne. Open terrace with bar­­becue- and firepla­ces and a smo­king oven. Also a well stocked kiosk.

Besides that there are 15 well-orga­nized camping houses with room for 4-6 persons (cat. 3). The huts are divided into 2 rooms and a terrace with its own furniture, There is a double bed and bunks for 2 in separate room. The huts for 6 persons have got a high bed. Cosy and practical kitchen and dining section with refrigerator / freezer, coffee machine, el-kettle, tableware, pots and pans, el-heating etc. Remember your own bedclothes and towel - or rent it by us.

At the camp you will find very nice and well-kept toilet- and shower facilities with separate handicap room, combi-room, 2 big saunas, baby's room and a laundry.

Enjoy the late summer at Bornholm . Do you know that Bornholm is the warmest place in Denmark in the late summer and autumn because of the warm water around the island. Bornholm is also calling the Sunshine island.

For an angler, the place is extremely suitable. Along the coast you may catch trout, for instance. For a neighbour, you have the old Nexø quarry. It has now been transformed into a big lake, The Put-and-Take fishing lake. Fishing licence can be bought and fishing rods can be rented at the kiosk.

Very good bus connections right at your door (#6). Several bus lines (#5, #6 and #7) from Nexø to most of the island. E. g. Rønne Harbour and City, Åkirkeby, Naturbornholm, Dueodde, Snogebæk, Balka, Almindingen, Paradisbakkerne, Brændegårdshaven / Joboland, Svaneke (Christiansø), Gudhjem (Christiansø), Allinge-Sandvig, Hammershus.

Bornholm is known for its bicycle-routes. At Nexø Family Camping you can hire bicycles. Enjoy the island on bicycles. Should all the impressions and exercise wear you down, it’s possible to take the bus and bring back the bicycles with you.
